The nexus of architecture in transition, buildings in demolition and the disruption of atmospheres is a compelling and illusive subject. It is at once abstract, intuitively engaging, viscerally felt and aesthetically complex.

As a personal and intimate narrative, my images carry referential weight and personal deep significance of the ‘past presence’, created as a portrayal of memories and at the same time in memoriam. That, “which is there in every photograph: the return of the dead” (Barthes, p. 9). (*)
